Returns, Warranty and Payment Terms
RETURNS
In order to return products, you must first contact Army Navy Depot and obtain an authorization number within 7 days after you receive the order. Print the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. We refuse packages without proper authorization numbers. A copy of the invoice you received with your order or e-mailed to you must accompany the returned products. Please print why the products are being returned clearly on the invoice. Please use UPS to ship back items, to insure that we receive them. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost and until all merchandise being returned has been received by Army navy Depot. This includes packaging, accessories, and printed material which came with the product. Do not remove any stickers from the products that you order. No refunds will be granted for merchandise that has been damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging by the customer. All products returned must be in their original New condition and UNUSED. We do not accept returns on items that have been used or "tested". The manufacturer will assist you in repairing items based on their warranty. All returns will be subject up to a 30% restocking fee. We must receive the returned item(s) no later than 14 days after the authorization was issued, or the return will be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with merchandise being returned. No returns or refunds on closeout items. No returns or refunds on Halloween Items Postmarked after October 31st of the year they were purchased. On free ground shipping orders over $99.00 Returns of Item (s) which lower the total order below the $99.00 will be charged the appropriate shipping which will be deducted along with any restocking fee from the credit amount. If orders are refused or cancelled after they are processed and shipped. All shipping and a 50% restocking fee will apply
Some items are dropped shipped do not return them to the drop shipper.

CLAIMS
Claims of shortages must be reported within 48 hours. After 48 hours no claims will be honored. Army Navy Depot carefully inspects each product before shipment. Therefore, any shipment which is damaged in route will be solely the responsibility of the carrier.
SHIPPING
Army Navy Depot uses UPS and Priority Mail for the delivery of your order. Shipping and handling rates are based on the weight of the items that you order.
Due to excessive fraudulent order attempts, orders will be
shipped to the credit card billing address only.
Orders ship
within 1 Business Day, (Mon. - Fri.) Most orders are dropped shipped from
New York. FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99.00 in the continental
USA only. Returns of Item (s) which lower the total order below the $99.00 will
be charged the appropriate shipping which will be deducted along with any
restocking fee from the credit amount.

All prices and terms may be changed without notice. Buyers assume all risks related to items purchased. All prices and products are subject to availability.
